I know it will do it over time/milage. I had the brass fitting that I guess goes from the front of the intake with hose to the AIC fall out completely with this big hole in the intake and base boost with poor gas mileage for quite some time.
Now that the brass tube is secured back into the intake I'm wondering how long it takes the brain to self adapt to the new working conditions?
Boost is good but not like it was when I got the car. The exhaust has had changes where it had a leak from a failing flex pipe and it got a new center muffler that wasn't the pancake triangle but an oval with a ding for clearance made by Starla 284-837.
I'm wondering if the Starla replacement is restricting flow ?
Anybody have any info? Thanks.
