Coil extremely difficult to remove...

In New York state, junkyard cars are likely to have been through many winters of salty slush. Where the sensor coil pokes through a snug hole in the knuckle, it gets bound in by rust, and they are very difficult to remove intact.

It might be you can do it, if you find a car that's had the rotors or rotors and hubs pulled already, and then tap the sensor out after removing its bolt. But I've tried before to remove these things by prying from the back, various cars, and gave it up as bound to ruin the sensor.

A suggestion is to try site sponsors and see if any will sell what you want, used and guaranteed.
