Cesar, it appears that you are new here so I'll try to offer some basics. There are currently over 6000 posts on the SAAB 9000 board regarding TCS issues. See that box up top that says "Search"? If you enter a string of words containing "TCS", you can generate a list of older posts on the subject, and you can learn a lot.
That said, there are typical parts failures that cause the TCS light to illuminate; the easiest approach without an ISAT or Tech-II tool (from one of David Ingram's posts):
1. Swap the safety valves. In addition to the safety valve on the firewall, it has an identical twin on the front left fender in front of the battery. Though it has a different bracket, it's otherwise the same valve. Study their vacuum plumbing, and swap them out. See if the car will run now (a lot of them do). If so, replace the firewall valve.
2. If the swap doesn't work, look carefully over your vacuum lines to make sure they're properly routed and in good condition. Most folks will say to do this first, but my results with the safety valve are so often successful that I find I do that first.
3. If those steps don't work, get to an ISAT, or get an ISAT to you. A recalibraton/code retrieval will give definitive results and spell out whether your throttle body has ... er ... handed in its resignation.
Replacement of anything more major than the safety valve generally requires recalibration with an ISAT. In particular, replacing the throttle body absolutely does.
