Short answer: doesn't matter.
Long answer: 2V would have been the standard when your car was made. These 4V and 5V pre-out features are purely for better signal to noise ratio; the larger the signal on the line going from the head to the amp, the less significant will be any noise picked up along the way. In real life, it's unlikely you will notice the difference. 2V, 5V, whatever, any will work with the h/k amp (and I can speak from experience as well, having had both types in there). If two amps are equivalent otherwise, go with the higher line out voltage; do not use it as a primary means of selection.
As mentioned, the 14.4V is the supply voltage, the input from the battery. Another meaningless spec.
