How to connect resistor to 3 wires?

Well I have a resistor on the way. It has a terminal at each end and these
terminals are flat bar shaped with a hole. Am anticipating trying to crimp
on to this somehow but could use someone's electrical expertise.
Also has anyone have info on which of the 3 wires coming off the oem resistor
attach to the two terminals of the new resistor?
