After a lot of testing of several TCS components, solenoids, valves and so forth, I had a hunch that the root of my problem was the TCS module located under the driver seat. To recap, I had started my 1992 9000 Turbo M/T one day to find that the gas pedal was hard to press, there was also not 12V present at various solenoids such like the one located on the firewall and the driver side wheel well in the engine compartment. In the end I spent $140 on a used but known "good" TCS/ETS module I came across on Ebay. The module arrived a little while ago, I simply removed the old one and put the one I purchased in. As soon as I started the car, I knew the problem was fixed by the way the car was idling and how the gas pedal was easy to press. thank you everyone for your input and help, I can finally stop thinking and brain storming 24/7 about different things to test :) -Eric
