Hi All, Please help!

I don't post often anymore but I am a long time lurker... Just started giving the 1994 9000 N/A some use again but naturally it is punishing me for letting it sit for a few weeks.

I am wondering if anyone can help me diagnose my issue...

My low beams will sometimes stop working (those small inner lights still work..but this is not enough to safely operate the car). A couple flicks of the high beam and the low beams will flash on again, only to turn off a few minutes later, where I have to repeat flashing high beams to get the low beams on again. Recently one time, even the high beam flash did not work for about 15 minutes, until it started working again.

Interestingly, after the car has been running for 20-25 minutes, and after a few high beam flash rituals, the low beams will stick on for the rest of the drive, only to stop working again after I let the car sit and cool down overnight.

Is there some relay I should clean? or replace altogether? Does anyone know where to access this specific relay?

Thanks in Advance a huge amount. With daylight savings over, living with this problem has become dangerous for me and others on the road.
