Don't forget that if the car goes into LHM while driving, you are to completely remove your foot from the gas pedal and then reapply. This allows the TB to switch easily from ETS to the back up throttle cable and it tells the ECU that you are now driving without ETS input. It makes it easier to continue driving in LHM. If your car is in LHM on startup I would suggest cleaning all the electrical connections for any TCS/ABS related components with CRC and apply DI grease. This cured a LHM issue I was having with my '93 Aero. Do a google search for "TCS manual" and you should find a PDF that has diagrams for everything. All other issues I had were vaccum related. I have heard of the vac nipple under the TB can sometimes come loose, calling for a jb weld of the nipple.
