Good evening all.
I finally got around to tackling that rock-hard brake pedal issue that developed late last winter. The car is a 1995 9000 Aero 5spd TCS and the suspected culprit was the ABS Pump. In the process of pulling the entire ABS assembly out, I had to cut both the front brake lines running to it. The [hard] green lines' flange fittings had seized inside the couplings and couldn't be saved. I was surprised because the car only has around 94k miles.
So I have two questions:
1)Where can I get these hard brake lines?
2)Are all 9000 TCS ABS pump assemblies compatible? Could I use one from a 1992 9000 Turbo?
Thanks very much!
