Here is the very short of it: will the radiator, AC condensor and intercooler, headlights, turnsignals out of an 86 9000 automatic turbo fit and function in a 93 9000 Aero 5 spd? I would ignore the ATF cooler, still using the oil cooler. Stop reading, the rest is rambling.

OK, the long of it. I had this project at a shop for over eight years to get it "worked into the scheldule". The shop closed its doors. Suprised? I had little time to deal with the cars. If I was thinking clearly I would just had them hauled off. Front clip parts from a complete then driving 88 Turbo 9000 with side impact damage were to donate to a 93 Aero hit in its front. Using as little additional parts as neccessary. The parts in question are now missing or damaged.
I took the cars to a retired gentleman who paints out of his garage. He thinks he can get it done by the end of week if I can get all the parts. He already has the radiator suport tacked on and painted. He test fit the fenders and hood which lines up as it should. The only donor car I can find in the Topeka KS area is the 86 autobox 9000 turbo. Not wanting to slow this project down, or let sense prevaile I'm hoping to make it work. I know I will need to get a 93 charcoal box, wiper fluid resvoir and figure out how to wire in the older lights in the least. Has anyone else heard of this kind of undertaking? A thank you to the ones who made it this far. I made an intial post of this project when I purchased the cars in JUNE 2005.
