What you need to do is cut apart the old hose to get the coolant pipe out, then push it into the new hose. Do it with the parts warm (take them inside!) and use some silicon lube or the like. Lining up the "Y" branch takes a bit of finagling. At first glance it doesn't look like the pipe will fit, but it does!
That's an expensive hose, though I see that price has dropped by about $10 since I purchased it. Uro hoses don't have the greatest reputation for quality, I'm hoping it'll hold up for a while.
