Replacement is easy. Two Torx screws on the top, one 10mm hex on either side. You need to remove the front grille (two Torx screws) and the turn signal assembly (just a clip on the inside) to access the side bolts.
For aiming, easiest would be to get a reference of where they point now and try to match it. The two adjustment mechanisms are built right into the assembly, you should be able to see them on the ones you have out.
