It sounds a little bit strange with a balance chain that destroyed itself without doing any other damages to sprockets and such.
The engines I have seen (mostly the NG900 non turbo) with worn balance chain parts, the sprockets had no teeth left and all that debris had put pretty bad wear on oil pump and pressure valve and that could mess around with oil pressure.
On the newer 9-3 and 9-5 engines with the clogged pickup screen problems, the balance shaft bearings could be worn enough that oil pressure is bled off through the gap.
Have you tried with a thicker oil?
With the good pressure at cold, it looks like you have worn items somewhere that bleed off pressure when hot but where it is, that's the question.

It's difficult to see and measure the balance shaft bearing at a teardown so it might be missed.
