The factory turbocharger on the *manual* aero, is a TD04HL-15T. The automatic aero's had the standard T25 and 200HP tune, and all automatics are torque-limited compared to the standard 5-speed tunes, specifically to save the transmission. Anything you do to raise the torque in your car is going to shorten the life of the transmission, so consider yourself warned.
The simplest cheapest route for a turbo upgrade would be to find a used one from a 5speed aero and the oil and water plumbing that goes with it. The automatic cars never had this turbo, so you would want the ecu out of that same car. I would want to rebuild any turbo I bought used, you could also buy just a center-housing which makes it a bit simpler procedure for the squeamish.
Not sure it really makes sense compared to say, a software-only upgrade with your existing hardware, and any number of tuners should be able to sort you out with that for around $100-300.
