I have the original (Clarion?) AM/FM/Cassette radio. It works but the display looks almost solid green. It can't be read because there is no contrast between the background and the numbers/letters on the display.
When the radio is turned off the top 1/3 of the display is black and the bottom 2/3's is green. In the pictures in the owner's manual it looks all black turned off. Maybe that is a clue.
What is causing this, and can it be fixed?
