The tool is simple to make and will help avoid the risk of your crescent wrench or clamp slipping off the tensioner mechanism when under pressure of removing the pulley bolt. Just get a small piece of angle iron about 7 inches long (try a local hardware store), drill two holes in it, put in two bolts/nuts and you're done. Once you have the parts it should take about ten minutes to make. If you have welding capability (I don't), you can make an even better adjustable version of this tool with threaded rod.
