Symptom 1: Check fuses 16, 19 and 22. I forget which one powers the alarm horn. The alarm horn isn't the same horn as the one operated by the steering wheel.
Symptom 2: When inserted into the passenger door lock, does the key lock and unlock all four doors? If so then the microswitch is broken that is located on the lock tumbler on the door handle on the driver's side. When you lock and unlock the driver's door, what is happening is the door is being locked/unlocked mechanically, with no assist from the actuator because the microswitch isn't sending a signal to the lock controller.
Symptom 3: All headlight goofiness I've encountered is due to either the orange or the red relay. Usually orange but not always.
Symptom 4: Normal. When it displays below 10 is when I know I'll be needing a new battery before long. Usually in the winter, although the damage is inflicted by the summer heat.
