Well, if the door is really tweaked, then it's going to be difficult to fix this!
One thing to look at that may not be obvious is the area where the bottom of the central silver-colored up-down track attaches to the small plate that attaches to the door frame: there are two points spot-welded together, and these welds will eventually fatigue and break, leaving the bottom of the track flopping around a bit. When this occurred on my previous 9000, I replaced the entire regulator assembly, but on this one I figured out how to use a small countersunk screw in the track to hold it together - has been working for a couple of years since.
