Any of the speed ratings you listed will be fine unless you anticipate running at very high speed. For example S rated tires are good for sustained 112mph on a warm summer day. A modified 9k Aero running hard on the autobahn needs W rated tires good for long 165mph warp speed. Buying more speed rating than you need on a 27yr old Saab is money wasted IMO.
Instead get a better tire. Check 205/55 for a much larger choice. Like brake pads I wouln't go budget names. Figure out what you want and how you will use them. All season 50,000 mile tread wear of some sticky above freezing temp rubber that will last 15k miles at best but stick like on a rail once warmed up. Useage varies, I like grip myself so go sticky even on our non Saab grocery getter, I figure one better stop avoiding an accident pays for a lifetime supply of better tires.
