Ok, so that is not the main ABS relay but the relay for ABS hydraulic pump.
I can see a chance of that relay overheating if the ABS pump is nearing its end or if the brake accumulator is bad allowing the pump to start every time you press the brake pedal.
Have you tested the accumulator by repeatedly pressing the brake pedal? On a healthy accumulator you usually get 4-5 pumps on pedal before hydraulic pump start and 12-14 pumps until ABS warning lights comes on.
I still doubt that it would affect the engine idle and TCS system.
