9000 CSE Turbo boost

I am a new (second) owner of a 1994 9000 CSE Turbo (auto) I have owned other SAAB's, but this is my first turbo. I am looking for information on if I can check the boost, or adjust the base boost settings. The car seems to have less power than other turbos I have driven. I know I have to be cautious with the auto, but I understand the risk. If someone could point my to site or archive info, that would be great.
Thanks
