Another question. If this is the MAP sensor, since it is throtle body related could this be giving me my faults in the TCS control? The reason I ask is that I have checked all conections to the potentionmeter and the "THING" under my seat and everything looked good. Also my dealer told my they would replace this component at the same time as part of that system. If I have a vacuum leak on the map sensor could this in turn be giving a bad reading to the throtle body and the throttle body giving the fault to the system? If possible how could I go about correcting this problem? Would it be wise to PLUG the end off or does it acctually have a purpose? Thanks in advance for any responses. And J.D. and Bob thanks alot you both have given me a better understanding of whats really wrong.
