Upper engine mount + clutch bleeding

I have two questions :
1/ Recently somebody (Ben/P-loc?) described a setup to drive out the upper engine mount bushing including a big washer, an exhaust pipe etc. Could somebody please describe it again , possibly with a drawing???? I read the info already posted but don't get the setup.
(I was planning to remove the entire torque arm to drive the bushing out with a 30 ton hydraulic press, but since removing it includes taking out the PS pump and generator I think the homemade setup looks easier...)
2/I recently rebuilt my clutch master cylinder because I had great difficulty bleeding the clutch. Didn't help. Initially, used the bicycle hose setup without any fluid coming out of the bleed pipe. Ended up buying a bleeder kit designed to connect to a spare tire. That did the trick, but the pressure needed was quite high, about 30 psi. Is this normal ? How will clutch MC fill up when clutch wears down? Will it suck the fluid through the valve mecanism in the MC??
Thanks,
Anders Dk
