I had a shomewhat similar problem on my 1990 9000T. No matter how carefully I let the clutch out, the car would lurch forward as soon as there was enough friction in the clutch. To fix this problem, I put the parking brake on and while my father poured some solvent onto the clutch, I put the car in first and slowly let the clutch out, without letting the car move forward. Almost like slipping the clutch, I guess you could say. It's a shade-tree-mechanice fix, but it worked. I don't know if you have the same problem, but I just thought I'd let you know!
