'90 9000 CDt Alarm Missing on New 2 Me. Where is it?

I've been fixing up this machine since Feb. and the one thing that is really eluding me is the alarm.
Read the programming stuff on TSN. Checked fuses (19 and 22 I think) and still don't hear a peep from the alarm.
Where is it physically?
The clarion radio has a red light that comes on when parked, what does that mean if anything?
Is it worth it to get it working?
Brad
PS has anyone heard from Ywan Mason lately?
