I have the same problems in my 89 9000 T. Don't replace the part, look for the buld inside the element that is supposed to be illuminated. I replaced the bulbs on my trip computer in the instrument panel and my headlight switch. The replacement bulbs were hard to find so try going to an import parts store (or if you're in the States, Radio Shack may have what you're looking for) and make sure to bring the old bulb with you. This is very important. Take out the old bulb first before you go looking for the replacement. Look at the new bulb you are about to buy very closely, there are very suttle differences that you will need to verify with the old one. Pay special attention to the fitting.
Sorry, I don't have advice on those specific parts but my experience is that most of these bulbs can be replaced, although it may be difficult to find the bulb at a run of the mill auto parts store.
Hope this helps.
