The guys in the know on this BB say to pop out the ACC display/control panel, reach in and push out the sampler fan assembly. Use a light grade of household oil, "3 in 1" type brand, on the motor bearings. Do the bearings screech and howl when the system runs? They will eventually. If the motor is not turning there will be no air drawn across the temp. sensing diode in front of the fan blades and the controller will not have anything to sense accurately. We need some more info as to what's happening: like is the engine's temp midrange, is ACC in auto or econ, is fan working in its full range........
