I'll bet that it's not the oil pan gasket - more likely the main seal and/or oil pump O-ring, maybe leakage from the oil pressure sender, and also the oil level sender.
If you're not dripping oil, it'll be tough to find what is (or isn't) leaking. Unless you feel like going through every gasket there is, it's probably not worth replacing them all. I'll bet that if a gasket isn't leaking, by the time you put in a new one, you'll create more.
If you are dripping oil, pull the fender innerliner and start the engine, looking for oil drips. If there is oil coming from behind the main pulley, then assume you should do the main oil seal and the oil pump O-ring. They're pretty easy to do. Same for the oil level sender. The O-ring is cheap - don't let the parts department sell you a new sender unless you're sure it's the sender that's leaking. Unless you know the timing chain cover is leaking, leave it be - it's a bear to get out.
If you're in there, definately inspect the main pulley (aka harmonic balancer) for the rubber failing. Replace the belts if they're not new. Spin the serpentine belt and AC belt idler pulleys, checking for bearing slop. Spin the alternator, looking for same.
