Typically, with strut suspension your camber will go toward the negative or more negative as you drop the car on the suspension. Unfortuntately due to manufacturing reasons, most suspensions also do not have camber adjustment. On the cars that I have lowered, again typically, by the time you are done you have reached the edge of the camber spec or slightly beyond the edge toward the negative. I can't say this has caused any real problems other than a slight increase in bump steer which makes the car a bit twitchy.
One thing that you can adjust and that may change when you lower is the toe. Due to the location of the steering arms sometimes this relationship is thrown off causing toe to go out of spec. This can be adjusted no problem and can be adjusted to help remove some of the twitchiness caused by the negative camber.
In any event, the changes made due to lowering will almost always take the adjustment to the side of the spec or slightly beyond that increases cornering grip. Perhaps to the deteriment of tire wear, but more grip nontheless.
