disconnect battery, check & clean (2) crash sensors in the engine compartment behind headlights, leave battery disconnected for 1 hours or so. It MAY go away. But most often a trip to the dealer is required to read the fault and reset the flashing light (for liability concern, you're better off dealing with Saab).
Could be expensive to fix. For peace of mind I have a piece of black tape on it in my
92 9KT.
