Actually, Clarion charges a flat $80 fee to fix the radio, no matter what is wrong with it. Assuming that it hasn't been mechanically damaged.
Assuming you have the radio code, pull the radio out and reseat it. It just might be a bad connection between the radio and the dimmer supply. If that doesn't work, it'll require tracing the wiring from the dimmer. You'll want to make sure that dimmed lamp power is available at the connector where the radio plugs in before you have it serviced. It would be pretty bad to send a radio out for service when the problem was a wire leading up to the radio.
