Most likely the problem is in the headlight relay under the hood. Heat and vibration attack the solder joints inside the relay. It doesn't help that the heavy components inside the relay are physically held in place with solder. Vibration breaks the solder joints. If you're handy, open the headlight relay case, and use a soldering iron to touch up the large solder pads. You'll notice cracks in the solder. Leave the small pads alone. If you don't have a soldering iron, try swapping out the headlight relay.
