First, check out Quasi's site:
http://quasimotors.gar.net/mountinfo.htm
Replacing the mounts isn't too bad, just take your time. Of course, support the chassis VERY WELL. Then remove the two bolts holding the front right of the sub-frame to the chassis, and loosen (but not remove) the three bolts holding the rear right sub-frame to the chassis. Undo the nut at the top of the mount. You'll need to split the subframe from the chassis with a lever (a crowbar works fine), and stick a block of wood, like a 2x4, between the subframe and the chassis. Remove the upper motor mount (torsion bar) to get some more engine movement. You may need to put a jack under the engine to get a little more clearance. Check the Townsend Site (http://www.townsendimports.com) on some tricks to extend the life of motor mounts.
You don't say what year/model you have, but chances are good the rear engine mount is also shot. That one is a little trickier, depending on which engine you have. In the 2.0L turbo, it can be hard to get out. The trick is to remove the bracket that goes from the top of the mount to the engine. It's held on only by three small bolts.
While you're in there, check all your idler pulleys, and replace your belts.
Good luck!
