Yes, there is. But read this warning first:
With no brake boost, braking distances become VERY long, and pedal pressure is VERY high. Try this in a big, empty parking lot, and don't go very fast. DON'T try this out on the street. I'll bet that your power assist is working. When it isn't working, the brake pedal feels like it has no effect on the brakes.
Basically, pull the fuse for the ABS pump. Or you can pull the ABS pump relay from under the hood.
Now, pump the brakes. If the Anti-Lock AND Brake Fluid lights aren't already on, they will come on. The ABS pump pressurizes an accumulator, and that pressure is used both to drive the ABS, and to provide brake boost. With the fuse removed, the pump won't run. By pumping the brakes, you 'use up' the pressure in the accumulator. You'll need to do this until the Anti-lock and Brake Fluid lights both come on, and then keep pumping at least another 15-20 times. You'll know it when you run out of brake boost.
Don't drive this way! Again, this is OK in a very controlled circumstance, but assume that you have brake boost, and that if you have to stop, you can do it with little more than the emergency brake!
