unscrew the 4 mm Allen until it just spins sort of freely. it will be down in the threaded hole about 8mm. then apply a little brake fluid aroundand under the rubber piston dust cover so that the piston is wet. wait a little while open the bleed screw and push on the pad that clanmps into the piston. Sometimes a small "C" clamp will help things along but be careful don't try to push the piston through the back of the caliper! this should work, if not pull the piston and clean with 600 wet or dry and replace the seal and start over. Lubricate with assembly fluid or brake fluid. After shoes are installed turn the 4 mm screw clockwise until it is finger tight. back off 90 degrees and you are set, put the wheel on
spin it, there will be a slight drag but easy to turn. reinstall the 14 mm cap you are pretty much through. If you drive the pads to set them then the screw need be only backed off 60 degrees. Your handbrake will be at four-five clicks to lock. good luck
