Xenon Bulbs

I have recently changed the headlight bulbs (standard 60W High Beam and 55W Low) to the Narva Xenon filled bulbs which are supposed to improve the lumen output by 30%. These are not the "blue bulbs" which seem to be popular at the moment.
Has anyone tried these Xenon bulbs and has been impressed by them?
