Are you talking about the fog lights? If so, that's an H3 bulb, whole different animal from an H4. They are harder to find though, some places online include Susquehanna motorsports and Competition Limited. They're hard to find in different colors though, and if this is for the fog lights, I'd recommend staying with ordinary halogen white or yellow, as you'll get less glare of rain/snow/fog than with the bluish lights.
If you don't have the European-spec headlights, for one, start saving up for them. Also, without the E-code lights, your car will have 9004 bulbs in the headlights. I advise against using higher wattage bulbs in the 9004 style, the bulb housings and connectors are not designed to take the extra current draw (but H4s are - standard on E-spec headlights).
All that said, why do you want bluish looking lights anyway? Contrary to the 'rice-boy' belief, they do not improve lighting at night. They're strictly for show, which I guess is ok if you only drive your car during the day..
