I'm sure the mail order places that advertise on the board (see below) can offer something cheaper.
I wouldn't buy used, because the relays fail due to heat and vibration - and a used one has been heated and vibrated. I do exactly as Daren said - fix the old one.
Inside the relay case is a circuit board with some electronics, and a relay. The relay is held to the circuit board with solder. Over time and vibration, the weight of the relay breaks the solder connection. Remove the relay, and pop off the plastic case. Use a soldering iron to touch up the Large solder pads. The usual fail points are where the relay is attached, and where the lugs going out of the relay attach to the circuit board. Leave the small solder pads alone as they usually don't fail, and unless you're an experienced solderer, you can damage the small components.
This has worked for me for a decade or so.
