A couple new england related questions...

Hey guys and gals, Hope everyone is doing ok. Well, I live in Taxachusetts and the salt content here is higher than that of the atlantic ocean right now. And my muffler has taken the brunt of it. Well what I wanted to do is get the magnaflow muffler to along with my 3" downpipe hopeully coming very soon. But the question is this, does it have the tailpipe, or do I have to get one made for that size outlet. Cuz my tailpipe is messed up too. Its actually rusting off where the muffler meets the tailpipe. And one more stupid question. What type of wax do most of you use. I am almost ready to break out the buffer. Any help would be greately appreciated.
Thanx again guys and gals,
Jason S.
