I've been in contact with Speedparts and they've told me they sell wheel adapters to convert the old Saab 4x108 bolt pattern to the new Saab bolt pattern 5x110. I asked how thick are the adapters and Brede Rosanowsky Nordahl at Speedparts said they are 22mm thick. I asked would not this move, even the 9-5 OE wheel, out to far and cause a rubbing problem? Unless the offset of the 16" Aero wheel and the 9-5 Aero wheel are very different I do not see how these adapters would work. I still waiting for the answer to that one. I was wondering is anyone out there using these adapters. Karl said some members of the Saab Turbo Club are using them. I, along with other semi wheel fanatic, would like to know if these adapters really work. I'd like to put a set of 17" Aero wheels on my '96 Aero.
