...right where the plastic piece that attaches to the frame joins the bottle. If it's been leaking for you for a while you should immediately be able to tell where from the collection of dried washer fluid around the leak (if you're using the blue stuff, at least). I couldn't see exactly where the leak was, but I whipped up a batch of epoxy and spread it all over the leaky area, let it cure overnight and refilled, presto no more leaks! I also replaced the T-check valves while I was in there, may or may not have been leaking but the fender liner is a pain to get off and the valves were cheap.
