Regarding the fuel consumption, is this your average fuel consumtion that is off, or the instantaneous? I presume average, as that's the only one that you can truly compute on your own to any degree of accuracy. I can't say whether or not changing the fuel pump and/or sender would or should have an effect, but I would think not. I haven't had either replaced on my car yet, and the average fuel consumtion calculated by the computer is always extremely close to what I measure at the pump. I wouldn't worry, unless the fuel consumption has actually increased - as opposed to the EDU just reading slightly high.
While I have a turbo, I think as far as motor mounts and engine noise levels go, results should be comparable. I haven't noticed any decrease in engine noise level transmitted to the cabin by having new motor mounts installed. Vibration levels drop, certainly, but the volume of the engine noise, especially above 3000 rpm, remains, it's just smoother. I still find it quite acceptable, and it sounds good, so no worries there. I don't expect it to be like a Lexus or Acura that doesn't let you hear the engine at all...
