SPG9 use to have one listed for NA cars. I think they still will modify their regulator for that apllication. I believe they were a richer ratio (more than 1.7:1)
Anyway, the only Rise in rate regulators that I know of that have been used on Saabs are Bell and SPG9, and for '85-89 9KT applications only. Bosch makes static 2.8, 3, 3.3bar regulators,,,,,again, typically used to modify the above applications.
When you get your upgrade you are getting a fuel computer upgrade as well (or so I understand), so there is no need to get a RRFPR for a 2.3L. There are Aeros out there with 300hp with just ECU, turbo, and exhaust upgrades, with the FPR left alone.
I know of nobody here that has has added a different FPR to their 91-turbos. It would be news to me if there was.
