TCS headache... Experts, help....

I have a 9000 with TC system. It has never worked, and I figured it's due to faulty TC block switch. This never bothered me so I never did anything about it.
Anyway, few months ago I went through a complete engine dissasmbly/assemby. While putting everything back together I misplaced a few vacuum hoses, that were connected to the hooter valve and throttle housing which caused limp home when boosting. Took me a while to figure this out, and then I've fixed it.
Ten minutes later after a hard start my car went to limp home mode and has stayed in it since. There is no sign of a normal operation. I've checked everything and found only faulty dump (isolator) valve, which is what caused inoperative cruise controll earlier. Throttle body systems OK. Pedal systems OK. Safety and check valves OK. What else can cause limp home?
I've went so far to check the computer operation, removed EPROM (program and data for throttle operation), and serial EEPROM (error codes and calibration data), wrote a dissasembler that separates code from data, and let me tell you it's quite difficult to figure out 20,000 lines of program code. If anyone would like to have this code, let me know...
To make long story short, there is no ISAT here that can help me learn the arror codes. I heve no idea what else can cause limp home mode other then mentioned. Ideas?
I forget, when I start the engine, ETS computer switches it's self off - stops providing ground to ETS relay, maybe this narrows things down...
Thanks
