125 000 km (75 000 mi) and 5 years for mine...aero 95.
After changing it I kept the old hose. A possible fix would probably be to remove rubber part of hose assembly and the thin metal pieces used to crimp the rubber onto the metal ends. Then I am convinced an hydraulic equipment shop could replace and crimp on a new ("better") hose onto original metal hoses ends (the ones with the fittings).
