For those of you that were following this, well, despite having a new APC solenoid (at major cost IMHO) installed at Saab here in London, Ontario, the hiccup (FYI: cut out under boost conditions, i.e., overboosting) has either returned, or never really went away. I feel defeated! One odd thing though: I was changing my headlights the other day, and to test them, with the motor off, but the electrical system engaged, I heard a buzzing from the APC area. Is this normal? The Saab "master technician" seemed at a loss about what the problem could be, but had lots of guesses about what parts might need swapping. The problem is that it's fine for him to swap out every darn part in the engine to trouble-shoot, but someone's got to foot the bill. Any advice on how to proceed?
