I just had mine replaced at a local place that fixes most european cars. They charged me about $160 for the part and another $150 for labor. Total cost was close to $350 nwhen you add in all the Taxes. I am not in a position where Could have done the job myself. e.g.) I live in an apartment, I don't have many tools, I don't have manuals. Those are restraints that I can't over come at the moment. But, I checked the price before taking car to shop and you can find one in the range of $90-120 dollars. For me, I don't really mind having to pay the extra cost cause my time is a premiun but, I at least understood the procedure. If you are like me but, have a little more time on hand and can wait a few days. Just order the parts you need and have Mechanic replace them. You 'll save a little. Good Luck,
