OK, I will rephrase this...., but Nancy my beloved 9k is sick
95 9K CS LPT auto no BPC
Car runs fine at light to moderate load. Under hard acceleration car hits about 3500 RPM and acts like the fuel is being cut off. I assume I am hitting some sort of boost limit and the fuel is being shut off.
I checked the plugs even though I had changed them a few weeks ago and they are fine and gapped at 1 mm. I can hear the hooter valve working and the turbo whine seems to be louder than I remember it being in the past.
I did remove the windshield washer bottle to patch it about a week or two ago. I have not driven it much since then as it is the car of the significant other.
Any ideas? I just bought a vacuum/boost diafgnostic gauge to get a better idea.
Thanks for your help in advance.
