Hey man...
I have the same prob, 'cept I have a CS instead of CSE same year/model. I couldn't figure why it was clicking. I even replaced the air cabin sensor thinking the control for it was going crazy or something. The problem I think is that the relay is drawing too much current. The clicking is because the relay is snapping to hard. I have no means of determining how much current should snap it, but it's snapping really hard and by looking at the electromagnetic configuration...I'd guess to much current. I can't prove that at all. My advice is to use the "joseph von tersch" silencing techniques. Get some thick ass dish towels and some duct-tape... I think you know what I'm talking about. My problem happens whenever the AC compressor would click on and off. It did it while idle or driving so maybe we have different probs. Either way...just try to find a way to muffle the sound, the AC should still work fine. The inside of your dash doesn't look to sexy afterwards though =)
Hope that helps...
Joseph
