You don't say what year, nor what part of the world you are in (different service schedules for different regions).
However, for the 1994-1996 Aero (maybe later too, my schedule was issued in 1996), the nearest to 65K miles my UK service schedule lists is a 110K Km service (carried out on mine at 64,396 miles). This is one of the most expensive (wait till you get to 100K miles!). The schedule says:
Change engine oil and filter
Check oil leakage
Change air filter
Inspect/clean throttle body
Drive belts: condition, tension (incl. auto tensioner). Replace as necessary.
(change V6 cam belt - not applicable)
Check cooling hose condition, coolant level and freezing point
Change spark plugs
Check fuel system (incl. tank) for leaks and damage
Check exhaust system and mountings for integrity and damage
Battery: check electrolyte level and cables to ground and starter motor, clean and grease terminals and mounting bracket
Check/adjust headlamp alignment
Zero the service indicator (didn't know it had one!!!)
Manual gearbox: check oil level
Automatic transmission: replace fluid
Check gaiters, inboard and outboard driveshaft joints
Check brake pads, discs and handbrake
Check tyre pressures, condition, tread depth, wear pattern
Change brake fluid
Check brake lines and hoses for damage and leaks
Check play in steering joints and ball joints, gaiter integrity
Check power steering fluid level
Change ventilation air filter
Inspect/adjust/lubricate doors, bonnet (hood), tailgate, etc. and door keeps
Check seat belt operation and strap damage
Airbag system: visual inspection
Check/adjust/lubricate tailgate hinges
Check wiper systems
Check and top up washer systems
Road test
The best thing you can do is consult your own service schedule, if you have it.
On the basis of the above, I'd question changing the fluid in a manual transmission, but again other regions may be different. When I asked my dealer to change the transmission oil on my '96 Aero at 115K miles (never been done since new), they questioned why, but did it anyway because I was paying them.
Budget for brake pads, depending on when they were last changed (they can last quite a while) and there will always be something else, in my experience.
As I say, though, this is one of the most expensive services and this work has to be done some time. Console yourself that all these things don't coincide for another few services, so the next few should be cheaper.
